I have never seen anything like this before.
It now seems Vodafone are too incompetent to send importanat hardware to the correct address.
No idea how a company can be this incompetent.

This is usually due to the fact that a shipping address was stored - but this was not adjusted by client after a move.

what exactly happened? Did you enter a different address or was it perhaps still registered? Which federal state do you come from?
