Hello everyone, I signed a contract via check24.de. Unfortunately, I am still not sure whether I have entered all the data correctly and wheter the contract and other documents (activation of the customer area) will be sent to my current or future address. Unfortunately, neither the call to the hotline nor the contact via email gave me a satisfactory answer. The customer service (mail) only referred me to the community. Who can help me?

If you don't know what address you gave, we don't know either. That is why you should always check which data you have entered where.
When did you placed the order? You should have gotten some info by now. When ordering via the portal, you usually have to enter an e-mail address.
