Unable to access new document online.

Hi there,

 

I have recently swapped my old router with the new one from vodafone. I am getting automatic emails from vodafone that some new document is there in meinvodafone. When i click on the link and login to meinvodafone it shows the message 'Here you can view your contracts and ......'  Please see the attached screenshot 'vodafone-screenshot.png'

I click on this and it takes me to another page that ask me to complete my profile. But my profile is already complete, i do not know what should i add more.  So, i am stuck in this loop and unable to see the new documents or contract etc.

 

I would appreciate if you could look into this.

My customer numberr is Kundennummer: *** and login email is ***

Hi Basit,

 

do you only have problems with the latest document or in general with all documents like e.g. invoices?

I have this problem with every document that i try to open. I even cannot view my bills on line. Any click anywhere takes me to the same page asking to complete the profile, of whom i sent you the screenshot. I recently has changed my contract terms and conditions and i am eager to know what is there in the new documents and charges. But i am totally blind as what is happening behind the screen.

 

I need immediate help on this

Hi Basit,

 

please dont't use the MeinVodafone-App try this direct link to login to the customer portal in your browser. And let me know if this works.

Dear Stephan,

 

Thanks, i tried it but this also did not work. I clicked on the given link but it again redirects me to meinvodafone, then the same cycle, that is whatever i try to do, it opens the same profile page and ask me to complete the profile. I have recently changed my contract conditions and got a new router, i therefore want to see the new documents, but i cannot see anything on my vodafone page.  Just wondering if there is any solution to this problem.

did you tried that via cell phone or directly on a computer?
