Greetings everybody,
I subscribed for a Vodafone Cable Connection + FritzBox device on the 7th of june, which was expected to be active after the 14th of June, but it's been almost 3 weeks already and I still didn't receive any kind of delivery date for my device or anything, haven't been contacted by a Vodafone technician yet either.
Also, tried to contact Vodafone.de through eMail but with no avail still.
Also, no activation code yet and I'm not able to retrieve it using my Customer number
Does somebody know a solution for this?

I can gladly take a look at the connection 🙂 Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.

I have just taken a closer look at your request. According to my system, the activation of your connection is scheduled for 19.07.2021. Unfortunately, the reasons for this are not apparent to me. As soon as we have handed over the hardware to DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
At the moment, I can only ask for your patience - even if it is understandably difficult. ![]()

Dear R4mona,
your help is much appreciated, hopefully there won't be any specific problem with the line, I recently spoke with a local vodafone supplier, which has found some infos about the issue: apparently they´ve met some issues in the middle of my apartment and the street, which apparently, from what you are telling me right now, have been mitigated.
Also, I'm going on vacation from the 10th of July to the 25th of July, so i won't be there for the activation nor for the Modem delivery, hopefully this can all be solved by agreeing for a later modem delivery and appointment with the technician.

I have just checked your customer account again. According to my information, no technician is needed. The hardware will be delivered to you by DHL. If you are not present due to your holiday, we will get the device back. Then please contact us again as soon as you are back. ![]()

Hi R4mona,
Wouldn't it be a better solution to just deliver the package to a DHL Packstation the day before or something?
So that i can just come to the Packstation when i come back and get my device.
