Hello,
My customer number is xxxxxxxxxxx.
I have requested to properly cancel my contract in March 2021. I have received the confirmation from Vodafone Germany on March 10th, 2021 that my contract will be canceled on July 6th, 2021 .
Now, when I log-in the Vodafone customer portal I see that Vodafone has received my inquiry for cancellation only today (05.07.2021) and the earliest date of cancellation is 06.07.2021! This is an error in the system.
I need someone to check the error in the system and make sure that I no longer charged after 06.07.2021.
I simply cannot afford paying invoices until July 2022 for literally nothing.

If you got a confirmation tu July 2021 the contract will be cancelled in July 2021.
