I’d like to change my tariff from Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable to Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable (at 39,99 per month). It is not possible to do this online. The only option available online is to change to Red Business Internet & Phone 1000 Cable, which is much more expensive and comes with a Fritzbbox, which I already have.

Yes, I'd like to change to the Cable Max 1000 and understand about the one-off 9,99 fee. Would I still receive the GigaKombi discount? I have a mobile phone contract with Vodafone as well, as you can probably see.

The Cable Max is also GigaKombi-authorized, so the GigaKombi remains with you.

Happy to proceed with the change.

Thanks.
I have just one further question. What is the '9,99 Euro Mobile & Euro-Flat plus' on the bill, and why would I need this if I don't use a landline telephone?

The Mobile & Euro Flatrate plus is the free addition of the GigaKombi on the landline contract. Unfortunately, you cannot unsubscribe this.

Thanks for explaining that.
But why does it have a Kündigungsfrist (1 day) if you can't cancel?
How can it be free when it also costs 9,99 according to the bill?

You can also book the option for a fee of € 9,99 without the GigaKombi. As part of the GigaKombi you receive a credit of the same amount (€ 9.99), so that the flat rate is free of charge.
If you cancel the flat rate, you also end the GigaKombi and the mobile phone share is also omitted - you then pay € 10 more there and lose the additional data volume.
