Dear Staffs of Vodafone,
After carefully checked my current contract, I am sure that I can downgrade my cable contract from Red 500 to Red 250 or Red 100. And I have to pay 9.99 Euro for an one-time charge for the operation.
If I understand correctly as I metioned above, can you please downgrade my contract to Red 100? I can not do it by myself from the portal. Maybe it can be done with the hotline. However, according to my bad experience with the hotline and very good expericence in this forum. Can you please do the downgrading of my contract directly? Thank you very much.
