Hello,
I'm moving from my current address to another address on 30th of April.
However, when I checked, I only get 100Mbps on my new internet as opposed to my current 1000Mbpb internet.
Due to this reason in my previous post here I was told that I'm allowed to cancel my contract if I submit my request on the Umzug service and let them know that I don't want to go ahead with the DSL connection of 100mbps.
However, it seems when I tried that, the website is asking me to call this number

Unfortunately my German isn't strong enough to be able to talk on a phone call, therefore, I would like to apply for my termination here.
To summarize, since my new address doesn't give me the same internet speed and plan, I would like to cancel my contract from 30th of April.

Hi nvas,
please click the link "Zum Angebot". On the following page, scroll down to "Du möchtest kein DSL bestellen?" and klick the link "Zurück zur Umzugsmeldung". Then the message will work without ordering DSL.

On the Zum Angebote page, I see no option to select "Du möchtest keine Angebote"
That page only says

It would be difficult for me to navigate a phone call in German, is it possible for you to process my request directly from here?

date of birth
customer number
current and new address
date of move
