I canceled my Vodafone hotspot contract in April and also got the confirmation letter. But Vodafone still continues charging my bank card every month until now. I called the cumstom service but they can not fix the problem.
Please stop the bank account bonding to my vodafone Kunden and return the fees Vodafone charged in last two month.

Hi ustcxu,
a mistake has probably been made. The move took place before the termination. It was probably forgotten to adjust them again after the move. Since you have received a new customer number, this was not apparent to you. I can offer you to terminate the contract retroactively to 01.05..

ich habe nachgesehen und der Vertrag ist beendet. Wir buchen deshalb auch nicht mehr von deinem Konto ab. Mitte Mai wurde dir auch dein Guthaben überwiesen.

but this is a different customer number and an address in Berlin. Did you possibly have a contract there?

No, I just moved to berlin in April and changed my address in my Vodafone account. I did not get any other contract , the bill also shows it is vodafone hotspot bill that had been canceled before.

Hi ustcxu,
only the Internet & Phone contract was terminated. The hotspot rate was moved to Berlin and this was also confirmed.

I did not have any Internet & Phone contract, how could it be terminated? The hotspot is the only contract I had before in my Vodafone account. It is also clear by the confirmation file I attached here.
