I canceled my Vodafone hotspot contract in April and also got the confirmation letter. But Vodafone still continues charging my bank card every month until now. I called the cumstom service but they can not fix the problem.
Please stop the bank account bonding to my vodafone Kunden and return the fees Vodafone charged in last two month.

I did not get any confirmation letter that informs me there is a new hotspotflat contract after May of 2021. It is illegal to sign any new contract without customer permission and signature.

Then why I did not get informed in my Vodafone account or by mail? I only got the mail and tell the hotspot contract was terminated by the end of April. The Rechnung from May are not even shown in this Vodafone account!

I have Kündigungsbestätigung, the contract cannot be moved. That's clear by law.

a mistake has probably been made. The move took place before the termination. It was probably forgotten to adjust them again after the move. Since you have received a new customer number, this was not apparent to you. I can offer you to terminate the contract retroactively to 01.05..
