Dear Vodafone Team,
I requested the new contract as written in the title via check24. Then I get following email from the system:
Lieber XXX,
Du hast ein neues Schreiben von uns bekommen - per Post oder E-Mail. Die Kopie davon findest Du jetzt für die nächsten 13 Monate auf vodafone.de/meinedokumente.

I am scheduled to move to the new address on 10.12.2021 (exactly the date for starting the contract). So I can't get the letter via post. I filled in a post station address for receiving the router.
I had a vodafone account (with a CallYa contract), but the email regarding this new cable contract can't be found in the account neither. It requires an online registration code to add the contract to my account, which I don't have for the moment. So, I can't see the letter via email now.
To solve this, could you send a copy of the contract confirmation to my email address? So, I can add the contract to my account. I would really appreciate your help.

Hi Qiguan,
your email address is already confirmed in the system. I will send you a copy of all previous letters by e-mail. In the order confirmation you will also find the activation code. Do you have any further questions?

- Name
- Date of birth
- Address (new address)
- E-mail address.
