I signed a contract for the Vodafone 1000cable on 11-10-2021,the customer care assistant who helped me said I'll receive it in 3 days but I am yet to receive it. I only have ID number on my copy of the contract and cannot track it. Please I will like to know the status of my order and possibly change the delivery address if possible.

Have you now received the hardware and the documents for your order?
Sometimes it takes a few days to get everything ready and shipped to customers.
