Hello, I have an issue I need help with. I made a cable order online and I decided I wanted to change it. But they said I couldn't cancel the contract because it's passed 14days. They told me the technician will come to fix it. And when the technician came he said he couldn't fix it because I don't have a contract yet. So I'm confused about this
