Hello,
I had the contract for RED 1000 and I was told that I can downgrade the plan within first 6 months to a lower speed so that it costs me lesser. I had no option to change that online so I went to the vodafone store and got it downgraded to RED 50 and I have the contract document with me. However, the recent invoice I got still has the charges for RED 1000. I also don't see any details about the downgrading of plan under my account.
What should I do?
