Moving our of Europe and need to scheduled termination.

Hello,

I have tried to get ahold of customer service multiple times and get hung up on because my German isn't very good.

I am moving back to the states and need to schedule a termination date for my internet.  Can someone please help me get ahold of a person who can help?
