Hi,
I have received my router from Vodafone Kable, but there is no corresponding socket in my apartment to plug it in (please see attached photos). I can't reach anyone in Vodafone support, so I have no idea what to do next....

this should be looked at by a technician on site. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
