I moved to Berlin a month ago due to work, but since all employees are still working from home it was quite essential that I immidiately had a functioning internet connection. This was NOT possible. In relation to my contract initiated in Vodafone, Schönhauser Allee - not yet in force, no working connection yet - a technician visited but could not make the thing work. Next visit is scheduled for October 8, which is far too late and not at alle relevant anymore! I have therefore been forced to buy a Gigacube in Alexa, which works perfectly. So now I only need this Gigacube arrangement, especially as I have to move out from the current apartment in about one month! I wish to terminate - wiederrufen - the previous contract, but this seems very hard to do, which is strange as it has not even started yet! The shop in Schönhauser Allee told me to terminate it online, online customer service tells me to do it in the shop. All contracts or agreements can be terminated, also this one. But how? I'm willing to pay a penalty fee if this is necessary, but I want this contract to end. Please advise me how to go about this termination. Technicians due for October 8 have been cancelled already.

You are here in a customer-help-customer forum. You have to send the revocation to the address given in the order confirmation - either by email or as a letter. Please also consider that the contract and support language in Germany is German.
