Hello and happy new year, I am moving from Berlin to Düsseldorf and would like to move my cable contract together. I have tried to use the Umzugsservice in the customer portal, but all it said was that the check was successful, and I was given a number to call.
This morning I saw in the customer portal that my contract will be terminated on my move date. Could I get some help with this? Thank you!
