Hi All,
In March, I am moving to a new house. I would like to keep my contract with Vodafone and have the services transferred to my new address. I have used the online Umzugservice, but I am getting the message attached. Furthermore, I cannot find an English-speaking number to call (my German is not really great). Can someone help me please?

For support in English use WhatsApp. From the Bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater. After you got forwarded, the response will take some time, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.
