HI,
I have a unitymedia cable contract. I send an email to the vodafone through cancellation form to terminate my contract on 01.12.2021 and got no reply. I sent an another yesterday 09.12.2021 and waiting for answer.
Reason to cancel : I am moving to my girl friends place and she already has internet from an different provider.
I was calling the vodafone customer service and waiting for an hour and no answer.
Therefore, I finally came here to find out the procedure for my contract termination ?
Can someone help me pleaseeeee ?

There is no general right to cancel the contract just because you move - your contract will move with you.
Only exception: If your contract cannot be provided at the new location, you get the right to cancel.
So if your contract can be provided at the new location, the contract will move to that location - no matter if there is already a contract from another provider or not.
