Good Morning,
I've just received a Fritz box and I've connected it all up but there's no internet connection.
After registering with the customer services and using the connection wizard I have this message which I've translated-
"The internet, telephone and TV don't work on your connection. We're sorry. We will make sure that you can use it again quickly.
Affected by the disorder:
Impairment or failure of several services "
My question - Is there an engineer coming to fix this, that I haven't been told about or is there greater problem?

So now when I look for the cable max 1000 tariff I'm told it's not available in my area. I'm not sure how I would have ordered the package if it was unavailable?
