I got a post letter from a company called Intrum claiming that vodafone west Gmbh company needs money from me and this letter is a reminder of a letter they have sent me one year ago (which I didn't recieve) and I have a deadline 1W to pay. I have never had any debits with Vodafone and my home cable bills are paying on time automatically on monthly basis so I suspect the letter is spam but I want to verify from Vodafone and I don't speak German well so how can I check, verify and have support in English? Thanks
