Hello, since the start of my contract the connectivity has been either poor or dropping in and out! I have now replaced all cabling and moved the router but now, my laptop, situated 2 m away has trouble picking up the internet! Can you advise please as I am paying for a service that is not being fully provided.
Also, since opening my contract with you, my monthly bill is never the same and emails to you go unanswered.
Please can you contact me before I cancel my contract?
