Hello guys !
I moved to I new appartment where there´s no Vodafone Cable.
I tried to contact Vodafone by mail to cancel the contract, but no reply.
Then I went to a Vodafone Store where the guys helped me to check and confirm that Vodafone could not provide internet service at my place and then opened a contract cancellation request in the system with a protocol.
I tried to contact Kundencenter by e-mail to check the status of my request and they answered me saying that I should open a new tread here to check my case. So here I´m asking for your feedback about my contract termination.

Hi Ramona,
Yes ! I have internet cable contract that Vodafone can not provide the service at my new address.
Than I requested an Extraordinary Termination due to the technical impossibility. I have the protocol of this requirement. Also have the receipt of the letter I sent, but no one can answer the status of my request. I still paying for a service that Vodafone cannot provide. That´s not fair. I just want Vodafone answer when the contract will be cancelled and they will stop to charge me.

I have found the letter dated 02.12.2021. According to the Telecommunications Act, I have now terminated your contract to 31.01.2022. You will receive written confirmation in due time.
