Interested in changing to the new CableMax 1000 plan

Hello! 

I am interested in changing to the new CableMax 1000, but I don't seem to have this option available. I am a Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable from 2/2019.  I already have a TG3442DE cable modem, so I don't think I would need a new one sent.

Please advise.

Hello Fred,

Thank you for checking in on this issue. I figured out the problem. The router was not using hardware offloading for the NAT. Once this was re-enabled I was getting full speeds again.
