  • Welcher Fehler tritt auf?
    In unregelmäßigen Zeitabständen (mehrmals täglich, ca. alle 30 bis 60 Minuten) bricht die Verbindung von WLAN sowie LAN komplett weg und verbindet sich nach mehrern Minuten mehrmals neu (nicht verbunden, verbunden, nicht verbunden, ohne Internet verbunden, nicht verbunden...), bis die Verbindung wieder steht.

    PC per LAN-Kabel, Smartphone per WLAN
  • Beginn und Zeitraum der Störung
    Seit gestern Abend/Nacht. Zusätzlich denke ich, dass sich mein Router in der Nacht selbst auf Werkseinstellungen zurückgesezt hat? Der Netzwerk-Name sowie das Passwort waren plötzlich zurückgesetzt und mussten neu konfiguriert und mit meinen Geräten verbunden werden. Das Problem trat aber schon einige Stunden vor diesem Event auf.

  • Was hat die Prüfung mit dem Netzassistenten und dem Chat-Bot TOBi ergeben?
    Kein Erfolg. Störung liegt wohl in meiner Gegend nicht vor, und die Lösungsvorschläge wie vom Strom trennen und den Router zurücksetzen haben nichts gebracht.
  • Welche Maßnahmen wurden durch die Störungshotline (erreichbar unter 0800-5266625 für Vodafone Kabel Deutschland bzw. 0221/46619100 für Vodafone West) durchgeführt?
