Incorrect billing and double charges

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Vodafone internet for the past 2 years. I have upgraded my internet connection from 50 Mbit to 1000CableMax and the person who activated my plan promised me that the bill will be EUR 39.99 per month but I get a bill of EUR 55,47 which seems high. Does it look like I am paying bills twice Rechnungsnummer **** and Rechnungsnummer *** (already paid) both contain invoices of the same dates.

Why my bill is not EUR 39.99? what is the confusion? Below is the relevant information for you.

I am very unhappy as the speed is still poor after upgrading to 1000cableMax. Also, the amount is not accurate or looks like I am paying double. Hope you will help me.

please take a close look at the items on the invoice. What was charged and for what period was what amount invoiced? This is important so that you can understand it. When you change tariffs, the bills usually overlap because the billing system calculates in advance.

 

If you notice a problem with the connection, you must report it. Have you done that? Only then can the technical service check what the problem might be.

how much you pay for the tariff is stated in the tariff change letter. The total amount for the current month you'll find in your invoices.

Let me try to explain you.

If you look into Rechnungsnummer ***. it is charging me for dates 01.08.22-31.08.22 and If you look into the latest invoice of Rechnungsnummer ***then it also sets me for dates 08.08.22-31.08.22 also the advance charges for dates 01.09.22-30.09.22

can you confirm why I am paying twice for the month of August? why? I hope this is clear to you now.

please have another look on the invoice for September.

 

You can see at the first point of the invoice, that there's a credit note for your old tariff for August. If you compare the invoices for August and September you can see clearly that there's no double charge.
