I signed up for cable internet on 21 September. Received the hardware on 23 September. Have had no signal for the last three weeks. Twice technicians have come out to say there is no signal in the cable connections in the apartment. Just received my first bill. What am I paying for if there is no service?
I cannot use TOBI; he directs me to call a phone number. The automated answering service is only in German; there is no other language support. I do not speak German.
