I need to cancel my internet contract

I have been trying to cancel for many days and I am not able to find the option or have any tracking for it.

I filled a cancelation form but can't track the status.

sent emails but no answer.

trying to reach customer service but everything is in german and my German is still weak so it didn't help.

Also I didn't even recieve the router as I am yet moving to the place and in the shipping tracking it said that I didn't recieve it.

But all I can see in my vodafone account that everything is okay and the service is activated!

please help me to cancel it!
