Hello,
I have ordered a cable connection starting from 22nd December 2023. I have moved into the house only to find out there is no cable hole. Only DSL Connection possible. My German is not enough to carry out a conversation. I want to change my connection to DSL because there is a DSL cable port I found. What can I do now? Need immediate help! Thank you in advance!

Ich habe ab dem 22. Dezember 2023 einen Kabelanschluss bestellt. Als ich in das Haus einzog, stellte ich fest, dass kein Kabelloch vorhanden war. Nur DSL-Anschluss möglich. Mein Deutsch reicht nicht aus, um ein Gespräch zu führen. Ich möchte meinen Anschluss auf DSL umstellen, da ich einen DSL-Kabelanschluss gefunden habe. Was kann ich jetzt machen? Brauche sofortige Hilfe! Dank im Voraus!

Usually when Vodafone accepts a cable contract, it is available there (at least a „Hausübergabepunkt/house connection point“ is installed). Contact support and report that self-installation failed. Vodafone will send a technician, you have to make sure that he has access to all necessary places in the building. Vodafone only offers DSL if cable really isn‘t possible.
