Dear Team,

I am a new customer, and I recently ordered a Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable Vodafone Kabel Deutschland including a router.

I was not present on the delivery date and I received an email from DHL saying that the router was delivered directly to the business customer from the parcel center.

What should I do now?

Can I request a new router, or can I do anything else? Is it possible at this point to change the plan to a DSL connection?

I would like to have my internet connection as soon as possible since I just moved into my new flat and currently there is no internet...

so I'd really appreciate it if your could help. Thank you.

You will need to contact customer care though one of the official contact ways (most probably you should either use Facebook or Twitter in order to get English support) to ask them to re-send the router.

Thanks for your answer! I have tried to contact the help service by all channels, even calling. The automatic response do not understand my inquiry :S

I finally managed to talk to someone by calling the help center (I did it in my horrible german), and it seems they will send the router back.
