Hello!
I would like to know how to cancel the Sicherheitspaket from my CableMax 1000 contract. I don't see an option to cancel it on "MeinVodafone" profile, there I can only find the activation code and download link.
I recently moved to Germany and I'm still learning the language, so contacting Support by phone hasn't been successful so far.
And the only other support option I get is the TOBI bot, which sent me a link to cancel the Sicherheitspaket but it doesn't work as it just redirects me to the "MeinVodafone" page as before.
