Help with order activation (Kabel-Vertrag BW)

Hello, I have tried calling the helpline but I don't speak German and after a few questions I don't know what answers to give. I received my FritzBox yesterday and am waiting for activation but in My Orders the last update is several days ago when the package was sent. I want to know when the cable will be activated. Everything is plugged in and ready to go.
