Have been billed after end date of contract

Hi,

I had subscribed to Vodafone Kabel internet in Leipzig and now that I have left Germany and returned all the devices, I have still been billed for 2 months after the termination of the contract. 

Please note that I ahve received confirmation from Vodafone regarding the termination of the contract and the reception of the devices.

 

Requesting the team at Vodafone to kindly return the money I was billed for after the termination of my contract.

In accordance with the telecommunications law, you have to pay the monthly fee for another 3 months after you have prematurely cancelled due to moving to a location that is not served by Vodafone (no matter if inside Germany or abroad). This 3 months start by the day that your movement notice has been received by Vodafone - but not before the actual date of the move (which you need to provide proof for, like a copy from the Deregistration letter).
