Hello Everyone,
I am posting this thread after writing mails and calling and chatting with support in FB. I am not getting any response from anywhere. I recently subscribed to Vodafone internet and from the site, I could see there was no charges for first time customer and only monthly billing. Even that, reduced amount for first 6 months. I took the 100 Mbps plan and the first bill came with 70 EUR where it was supposed to be 20.
The bill says 1x Activation Red I & P 100 Cable U of 60 EUR. Why is this charged to me? As per the website the installation (which I did on my own after getting the device) and device is free.
