Dear Community,
Sorry for english first.
Here is my problem
1. Customer number : *****************
2. Location : Teltow
3. Background : I succeeded the cable contract after the previous tenant and got customer number and activation code
4. Problem : When I tried to add the contract with the customer numer and actiavation code it is always eventually failed
5. Request : Could you let me know how I add the contract to my account so that I could change my bank account to pay for automatic mothly payment. My bank, VIVID, recently migrated all old account to new account and I really need to change the bank account for next month payment.

I already did every options you put here.
Since I cannot speak Deutch making a call is almost impossible.
TOBi is kind but it cannot understand the complex issue like this.
So finally I asked the solustion in this community
