Excessive cost from late-delivered Vodafone-Kabel router

Dear Vodafone team,

 

As Vodafone-Kabel did not deliver the router on time, my flat was left with no internet. While I was waiting for the router, I had to use the mobile hotspot from CallYa (Unlimited Day Flat - 6.99 EUR per day) for 20 days. Vodafone branch told me to contact the customer service and cover my loss.

 

I tried to contact Vodafone-Kabel customer service several times. Because of the language barrier and the complexity of the problem, they suggested me to post it here in the community. So, I can get help from Vodafone team here. 

 

Could you please help me with the reimbursement (6.99*20 = 139.8 EUR in total)?

 

Please contact me if you need the payment receipt and other information. Thank you for your kind response in advance.

I hardly doubt that there will be a reimbursement - you could have asked for additional data volume in the beginning.

 

And the other thing: There won't be any reimbursement for the time before the contract starts, e.g. the router is connected for the first time.
