Hello
Is there an English hotline, or some can you arrange a English speaking staff to call back?
I have to delay the start of my DSL contract, got a appointment for installation in 2 days time but I don't even have received the router.

There is no English-speaking hotline. The contract and support language in Germany is only German.
You're posting here on the cable board but write of an DSL contract, so I'm assuming you have booked a cable internet contract. If you need a technician, they will bring the cable router and install it as well.
