Hi Community,
I have no internet since 9 in the morning. I received earlier that there will be maintenance today from 9am to 5pm. since 9 in the morning, I still have no internet.
I opened two tickets and their status are just in progress and no update. Also, I tried with my elementary German language to speak to customer service but i did not understand the problem or when it will be solved. it is now almost 12 hours with no internet.
One of the tickets is 009-1344866/25
I want to know what is the problem and when it be solved, or English speaking hotline to talk to ?
