Hi, I wanted to ask how to downgrade the contract. I've got the contract of GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel since October and i'm suggested to downgrade in March. I couldn't find any email to contact for downgrading the internet. How should I contact to downgrade and when would be the best to downgrade? Many thanks.
