Hello, I have a question hopefully you can help me.
I hired the Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable on April and I can see the Billing for May and June on My Vodafone portal, although the direct debit on my bank account didn’t happen for these months. I already checked my bank details and they are correct, is that expect? As far as understood the direct debit should happen every month, or am I wrong? Could you please check if there's something wrong with my account please?

there is a good reason why you don't see a debit on your bank account: You still have a credit balance due to a credit note. So to speak a starting credit. The next two invoices will also be charged against the credit.
