I have reported yesterday (30.06.2022) a move to a new address which is going to happen on July 31st. However, today I no longer have access to the internet and I can't see my contract anymore (the message says "contract expired. You can no longer use these Vodafone products (formerly cable contract).")
I don't understand why my contract is gone?!
Can you please give me some support?
My current plan is Vodafone CableMax 1000
