Hello,
I have jsut seen on my account that my contact (Contract number: XXX) will end on 04/25/2022 but I never requested for this contract to end and would like to keep it active. How can I stop this contract cancellation?

we can gladly take back the notice of termination. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.

we're glad you've changed your mind. Unfortunately, we can't take back your cancellation immediately. You've asked another provider to cancel your connection with us. Therefore, the provider must cancel the order with us again.

Hi Nancy,
I was unaware that I needed to discuss with the other provider. But I have contacted them and they have canceled everything from their side so I can now continue with vodafone. So I think you should be able to end my cancellation and keep the contract going now right? I am a bit unclear as to how long is left on the contract and how to extend it now.
