Good afternoon,
I´ve changed apartment and would like to cancel the contract - my new home is not supported by Vodafone.
Please let me know when I can send the router - I would like to keep mine and my wife´s phone as prepaid, and cancel the third phone we have on my account. Can you please confirm what has to be done?

You have to report the move via the moving service in MeinVodafone or MeinKabel. If you are a customer of Vodafone West (North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse or Baden-Württemberg), you can also write an email. If you cannot use the connection in your new apartment, it will be terminated with a notice period of 3 months in accordance with Section 46 of the Telecommunications Act.
You cannot use prepaid landline numbers, they are always linked to a landline contract. You can port the numbers to a SIP provider such as sipgate.de and use them there. This will cost you € 11.44 for the outgoing port and will only work at the end of the contract.
