Hello,
My current Internet contract with Vodafone is Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable, which started on January 2020.
When I choose the tarif I was told that I could switch it to save some money after some time.
I would like to go to 250Mbit instead of 1Gbit but can't find where to change it on my account.
Is it possible to change it online? If so, where can I find the setting?

No, you have to call the customer care - but please note that service there might be only granted in German language...

The change can be done here in this forum. Better don't call the customer service, escpecially if you are not fluent in German. Just wait for a moderator, can take a couple of days.

you cannot change it yourself. Please check your order confirmation to see if the tariff for 250 Mbit/s is listed there. I suspect that it is not listed there, but I could be wrong. Alternatively, the 200 Mbit/s should be listed there. We can finish the change here. However, it is already February, so I would like to point out that the second part of the term begins with 12 months on the day of the changeover.
