Hey, would like to get support from vodafone representatives.
I've experiencing very low speed on my wifi and after doing an analysis via the Vodafone Station router, I noticed that a lot of wifi networks using the same channels and bandwidth. I would like to manually change it but the settings for WLAN-Einstellungen are greyed out and I can not make any change.
I was told that it was done by Vodafone and they can change it to allow me to do my own change.

The contract summary first shows the base price, and discounts like Young, GigaKombi, and Black Week are applied later. You’ll pay about €19.99 per month for 24 months, then €35. The correct amount will appear on your first bill.

dass du da nichts einstellen kannst liegt an der gebuchten "SuperWLAN" Option
kontaktiere den Support und lass das deaktivieren

I am having the same issue and I don't remember to book any SuperWLAN. Did they solve it for you Idan?

das ist so nicht richtig, auch in der Expertenansicht sind die meisten Einstellungen ausgegraut solange die sog. SuperWLAN aktiv ist

Indeed, they are greyed out in all modes. And I have tried to restore them many times via resets. And I can't submit any form to ask for the correction. Still waiting for someone to reply to me on whatsup!
