Change of tariff from 1000mbs to 100mbs at 6th month

I wanted to change my tariff from 1000mbs to 100mbps, i dont find any way to communicate to the vodafone nor i din recieve any email for the change of contract. Im currently in the 6th month and would like to change the contract as soon as possible.

can anyone in this community support me?
