Change of address; request to transfer current plan to this address

Currently, I am using " Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable" since last year and am happy with it.

I am moving to the new address(withing the same city) to-:   Schärdinger Straße, Passau from 01.10.2021.

Would you please make sure that my address on the contract and my current internet plan get transferred from 01.10.2021 to this new address mentioned above?

Hi Thomas/Support Team,

Thanks for the feedback. I tried doing the same through https://kabel.vodafone.de/kontakt; but I could not find any option which states "non availabilitiy of Kabel and DSL service". 

I went forward with both possible related options 1. permenant disruption/netword reasons 2. other reasons

Both took me forward to the  phone number where I could report the concern. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

However,  as you already know my case and  have agreed to terminate the contract. Should I have to call on that number and hope they understand my situation and proceed to the contract cancellation or would it be possible for you guys to take care of this from your end?

Please do let me know if I am missing something here.
