Dear Support Team,
Currently, I am using " Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable" since last year and am happy with it.
I am moving to the new address(withing the same city) to-: Schärdinger Straße, Passau from 01.10.2021.
Would you please make sure that my address on the contract and my current internet plan get transferred from 01.10.2021 to this new address mentioned above?
Please do let me know if anything else is to be done from my end. Thank you very much in advance and wish you a great day ahead.

Please report your move using the relocation service in MeinVodafone / MeinKabel. It can take several days for a mod to report here and you will have already moved.

Dear Torsten,
As suggested, I tried to change the connection address via (https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/meine_kundendaten/umzugsservice).
However, it seems that at the new address, there's NO Kabel connection service offered. Please refer attached screenshot for the reference.
How do we proceed in this case?

In this case, click on the "Zum Angebot" button. There you can decide whether you want to switch to DSL. You can then also avoid the 3 months that the German Telecommunications Act provides for moving with unavailability. The cable contract is then seamlessly switched off when the DSL contract is activated and, if you do not get any other area code, the previous phone number is transferred to the DSL contract.
If you do not want this, you have to report the move via the contact forum in MeinVodafone or MeinKabel, then the contract will be terminated with the statutory period of 3 months and you will have to continue to pay for these 3 months even though you no longer use the contract can.

Otherwise you can of course also wait for a mod here, they can also set up the move. I guess you speak little or no German, so the hotline is probably less promising. It can take a few days for a mod to respond.

Additional question: Can you use your cable router at the new address, so the internet and telephone work?

Dear Torsten/Support Team,
When I clicked on "Zum Angebot" ; there was no DSL service offerred. Hotline number was displayed to disscuss possible DSL Service(pl. refer screenshot). However, it seems that there's neither Kabel nor DSL service present at the moment. at my new address. Therefore, unfortunately I would have to terminate the contract.
Since you guys already determined that, it would be difficult for me to report this problem via hot line; how do I proceed and request to terminate the contract?

As I reported in the begining, my Kabel router won't work at the new address due to lack of Kabel internet service at the said address.
