I live in a student building in Augsburg and have the internet provided by the owner. When vodafone berater Mr.Roberto Asta came to my apartment, I assumed owner has send him to check on internet. I don't speak german so i didn't understand why he took my details. then when i talked to my owner, she told me she didn't send him and he came from vodafone. Immediately, I called him and asked him to cancel the contract and my details. He told me when vodafone package will came then he will came to my apartment to take it back. I received the vodafone package from dhl and Mr.Asta came to take it back. I don't have the vodafone box with me. I have not received any emails or letter from vodafone. This is what happened, so i hope to get help with cancellation of contract.
On 18.12.2020, i received the bill from vodafone for december month which states amount of 74.37euros will be deducted today. I want the amount refunded as it is deducted from my bank account. I can provide further details like rechnungsnummer, vertrag nummer and kundennummer which is given in the bill.

your contract has been revoked. All fees charged from 12th of november 2020 will be refunded.

Please help me cancel the contract. It is a giga tv 4k box contract which i have unknowingly and wrongly signed for. The sales representive came to my apartment asking if i have internet problem or not. I allowed him to enter my apartment because i was having problem with my internet provided by my owner. I thought my owner has sent him to check. He took my details for tv contract which i don't want. I am a student and don't have tv in my apartment. I don't speak or understand German which led to this bad situation.
I request to get help immediately.

I assumed that i have asked him to cancel the contract and my details which he took that he will cancel the contract and he took the package with him as well. thats why i did not do anything further but its been a month now and the contract is not cancelled. when i received the bill as mentioned above then i got to know that contract is still active. Please help me with this bad situation.

I have contacted the vodafone customer care and also send the 2 contact form(english and german). For the english contact form, they directed me to this community forum. I have contacted via whatsapp also.
In the whatsapp conversation , they told me yesterday that the following
Du bekommst in den nächsten 24 Stunden eine Bestätigung. Ich sehe, das der Vertrag widerrufen wurde.
Please check and help me with cancellation of this contract.

I have also contacted the sales representive earlier but he says to contact vodafone team.

As I said earlier, I have contacted via whatsapp also.
Today, I received a message from them saying the following:
Hallo Ankit. Der TV Vertrag ist tatsächlich widerrufen worden. Die Bestätigung bekommst Du per Post.

my colleagues have already taken care of the matter. The contract has already been cancelled. the confirmation will be sent to you separately. The fees charged so far will be refunded within the next 4 weeks.
